I’ve used this product over 10 times since I bought it, and it’s fantastic. Just add water and walk away. In about 4 to 6 minutes, you’ll have perfectly boiled eggs, depending on how hard you want them. It’s super easy to use and worth every cent. Plus, it beeps when it’s finished.

This egg cooker is fantastic for boiling eggs! It’s user-friendly, and the eggs peel easily, which I really appreciate. However, the omelet feature could use some improvement. To use the omelet tray, you have to place it on the egg cooking rack, but the rack has two small handles that prevent the tray from sitting flat, causing it to tilt. You have to be very careful to avoid spills.
Another drawback is the single button that turns the cooker on and off. Since it’s not a toggle switch, you need to apply quite a bit of pressure to push it down, which can jostle the cooker and cause spills, especially since the omelet tray is already unsteady. I tried making a three-egg omelet, and it turned out more like soup initially. A second attempt yielded much better results.
I haven’t tried making poached eggs yet, but I did check the tray, and it fits comfortably on the cooking rack despite the handles, so it should sit flat.

Still Trustworthy After Two Years!
I’ve been using my egg cooker since August 11, 2021, primarily for hard boiling eggs, as that’s my preferred method.
Peeling Made Easy:
Eggs are easy to peel as long as you remember to poke a hole in the top. Place the eggs with the larger side facing up and use the included measuring cup with the piercing pin at the bottom (it has a removable cap). On occasion, Iâve forgotten to pierce them, but even then, many eggs were still easy to peel.
Light Indicator:
I can’t speak for newer models, but on mine, the light remains on after it beeps. It continues to beep about every five minutes until I turn it off, which has never caused me any issues. I just switch it off when I get a chance (and I donât leave it for too long).
Easy to Clean:
When I cook brown eggs, it can leave a dark brown residue in the cooking area, but it’s simple to clean, even if it dries. I just add water and let it soak for a few minutes, then wipe it out with a paper towel. Most of the residue comes off easily. If some remains, I do another soak and wipe. Even if I skip cleaning and use it again, it cleans up easily, although there may be some residual staining. It still functions perfectly! I’ve included a photo showing its condition after more than two years.
Cooking Time:
It starts cooking in under a minute and, in my experience, is quicker than boiling on the stove, though I havenât directly compared the two methods.
