   I had some doubts at first, but it truly exceeded my expectations. It makes very healthy omelettes and cooks eggs super quickly—an excellent option. The only drawback is that you have to keep an eye on it to turn it off; it would be much better if it were automatic, but I’m not sure if it is.

   This rapid egg cooker is a game-changer for anyone on a KETO or LOW CARB diet! It makes hard-boiled eggs incredibly easy and quick—how did I ever manage without it?

   I used to buy packs of six pre-shelled hard-boiled eggs for $3.75 each because I could never get the homemade ones to turn out right. I followed all the hacks, including Tim Ferris’ YouTube method, but they never peeled well and were more trouble than they were worth. Eventually, I decided to pay for convenience.

   Now that my family (me, my husband, and our son) follows a KETOGENIC/LOW CARB lifestyle, we go through a lot of eggs each week. They kept asking for deviled eggs, but shelling out $3.75 for six pre-cooked eggs just didn’t make sense.

   So, I researched and found this egg cooker that kept getting great reviews. I opted for the larger model, which cooks up to 12 eggs, and I’m glad I did. It takes up minimal counter space and is easy to store.

   The cooker comes with a handy water measuring cup that has a point on the end to make a hole in the top of each egg—definitely use it! This makes peeling so much easier. Once the water steams off, the cooker buzzes to let you know the eggs are ready. I haven’t tried soft-boiled eggs yet, but I’ve successfully made medium and hard-boiled eggs, resulting in warm, delicious eggs every morning.

   Here’s my process for making hard-boiled eggs with this cooker:

   1. Set up the device and refer to the quick instruction sheet to measure the water needed for a dozen eggs.
   2. Pour the measured water into the bottom of the cooker and place the plastic egg holder inside.
   3. Make holes in the fat end of 8 eggs and place them in the holder, ensuring the hole side is facing up to prevent leakage.
   4. Cover the eggs with the bottom plastic level, then add the remaining 4 eggs (with holes) in the top holder.
   5. Secure the top on the device, ensuring it’s tightly closed and the steam hole is pointed away from any hazards.
